“As my own artistic journey has been one of metamorphosis, I have repeatedly explored the butterfly motif as a widely recognized and accessible symbol reflecting this concept within our culture. I most often create murals or sculptural "Butterfly Oasis" installations, blending light, color, and texture into a kaleidoscopic canvas mirroring integration and diversity for social and cultural engagement. All of my art is created to be a catalyst to inspire others to reach for and attain their highest potential. It can also be, for those so inclined, a powerful metaphoric device in these environmentally significant times, speaking to the delicacy of the natural world and its creatures.”
